Our next auditions will be held in late 2012. Applications can be made on this site from September 2012. To be eligible to audition, you must be a full time secondary student in 2013. Conducting InternNZSSC would like to hear from anyone interested in a being a Conducting Intern with the choir. While we have filled current opportunites (October 2011 and January 2012), future opportunities will be advised on this site. Interns will gain invaluable experience working with a national choir and its Music team, led by Andrew Withington, and will conduct a piece at our public concert. Internships are unpaid and candidates need to provide their own accommodation for the week. Expressions of interest should be directed to Anna Bowron at NZSSC, nzssc@xtra.co.nz. Include a CV and/or music and conducting experience. We may request digital footage of your condicting skills to support your applications. Applicants shall be assessed and chosen by Andrew Withington. |
